Learning Outcomes
Students are able to independently write an academic (seminar) paper on a selected topic or question from the field of nonprofit management, in which they provide a compact overview of the topic of the paper and link it to suitable practical examples. Students can present the content of their paper and discuss it critically in plenary.

- LO3: Students can independently write a seminar paper based on scientific literature and apply the basics of scientific work independently.
- LO4: Students can analyze scientific literature on their topic and prepare it independently.
- LO5: Students can evaluate different viewpoints in the scientific literature and determine pro and con arguments based on suitable practical examples on their topic. They are able to present their results in plenary and discuss them critically.

Criteria for evaluation |
The assessment in this seminar is based on the seminar paper (which is weighted at 60%), the presentation (20%) and the collaboration or participation in the discussions (20%). Both the timely submission of the seminar paper (and its positive assessment) and the holding of the presentation on the specified date are prerequisites for passing the seminar.
Feedback culture:
The feedback includes feedback after the presentation as well as individual feedback on the seminar paper in order to make the students aware of strengths and potential for improvement.
