Exams will test their knowledge of classic and modern organizational theories, as well as their analytical skills in applying these frameworks to real-world examples. This combination ensures a balance between understanding theoretical concepts and developing the ability to critically analyze organizational phenomena.

Methods
  • Lecture, Discussion, In Class Reading, Exams

The course is structured into two stages, both ending with an exam. In the first half of the semester we will look at classical organizational theories and their implications for creativity and innovation, in the second half at more modern theoretical approaches. Each theoretical lecture (lecture, Q&A, discussion, read the assigned literature before class) is followed by a practical application and discussion of the acquired contents (reading session during class with a group discussion).
