More specifically, students should be able to:
- LO5: Analyze and evaluate relevant environmental aspects of products throughout the life cycle (K4, K5).
- LO6: Correctly analyze quality and environmental issues and determine which tools and models can/should be applied (K3, K4).
- LO7: Apply central models and tools of quality management, such as the FMEA, the gap model of service quality or Kaizen (K3).
- LO8: Apply tools and concepts to evaluate and improve a product’s environmental performance, for instance life cycle assessment or servitization (K3).
- LO9: Evaluate product impacts on the environment along the entire product life cycle (K5).
- LO10: Compare and discuss advantages and disadvantages for the provider, the customer and the environment of different sustainability measures along the product life cycle to define the most appropriate for the product at hand (K4, K5).
