Students have in-depth knowledge of topics from the focus area of international law. In particular, they are able to independently classify issues relating to institutional European law, substantive European law and public international law and to subsume them under the respective standards and solve complex issues. For example, depending on the chosen course, they are familiar with the proceedings at the ECJ and the international legal framework for states as regulators of economic life, international humanitarian law and air and space law. Based on the skills they have acquired, they will be able to critically analyze current challenges in selected areas and identify solutions.
