(*)The students gain fundamental understanding of the principles and pitfalls of image analysis with a focus on 3-dimensional structures (cells and their domains and compartments). Students will use their own generated data for a hands-on approach to data analysis and will learn how to perform image reconstruction and analysis using state-of-the-art software, including simple seöf-written Python scripts.

Beurteilungskriterien (*)Attendance of at least 75 %. Active participation: Students will use their own imaging data to develop a reconstruction and analysis pipeline. Results will be presented and discussed in the group.
