- Conducting whole-cell patch clamp recording in cell lines and primary cells
- Analyzing and interpreting the obtained results
- Identification of different protocols for distinct ion channels

- Principles of electrophysiologic recordings.
- Knowledge of distinct electrophysiologic methods and their application.

Beurteilungskriterien |
(*)Attendance of at least 75 %.
Active participation during the course. Teachers will judge on students´ learning behavior and experimental results to give evaluation.
