Objectives |
Students have deepened their strategic competencies and understand basic strategic relationships with reference to marketing. The students are able to apply specific analysis tools and develop strategic options for various practical issues. In addition, they are able to consider tasks from different viewpoints (perspectives).

- Strategic management and current strategic challenges
- Strategic analysis: Deepening competencies and applying them in practice.
- Strategy formulation: Elaborating and practically applying the variety of strategic options and their advantages and disadvantages. Recognizing and understanding the connections between strategy and marketing.
- Business models: Knowing different approaches and different archetypes
- Strategy Implementation: Examining the framework and challenges of implementing (marketing) strategies.
- Strategic evaluation: Knowing important key figures and instruments.
