Objectives
Students have in-depth knowledge and skills in selected areas of private and public liability law relating to environmental protection and sustainability. They are able to assess legal risks and know instruments of risk transfer or risk avoidance and minimization.

(*)Privates Umwelthaftungsrecht sowie haftungsrechtliche Aspekte der Nachhaltigkeit in zivilrechtlicher Hinsicht; Öffentliches Haftungsrecht ausgewählter Materien mit Bezug zu Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit.
