Objectives
The aim of the course is to train economic thinking for legally relevant facts. In many legal situations, especially in the drafting of laws, economic considerations regarding efficiency are appropriate. This thinking is stimulated by an introduction to microeconomic thinking and applications in contract theory, etc.
