Objectives
Participants are familiar with selected concepts of leadership and are able to reflect on them in the learning-group as well as in their professional contexts. Participants are able to reflect on their own role in the organizational context and develop a vision for their own meaning of leadership and their leadership behaviour in teams. Participants understand reflection as a fundamental tool of leadership and can apply it for and in specific leadership situations.
