Objectives Participants understand different approaches, theories, concepts, methods, and tools of change management. They are able to classify and evaluate these and derive appropriate measures for the implementation of change projects in their organisational and work context. Participants are able to critically reflect on their own role in change and development processes in and of organisations and develop suitable strategies for action.
Subject (*)Die LVA umfasst folgende Inhalte:

  • Ansätze, Theorien und Konzepte des Change Managements
  • Reflexion der eigenen Rolle im Rahmen von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Methoden und Instrumente der Invervention, Innovation und Kreativität zur Gestaltung von Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen in und von Organisationen
