Objectives Participants understand the dynamics of a group. They are able to work in interdisciplinary and diverse teams and can discuss and reflect on their co-leadership role in the peer group. They can apply theories, methods and tools for leading groups. In particular, they are familiar with gender and diversity dimensions and dynamics in teams and can reflect on and manage these when leading teams. Participants have knowledge of team development measures and can develop suitable strategies for their respective organisational environment.
Subject (*)Die LVA umfasst folgende Inhalte:

  • Gruppendynamiken insb. Gender- und Diversitätsdimensionen und -dynamiken in Teams
  • Reflexion der eigenen Rolle bei Zusammenarbeit und der Leitung von Gruppen
  • Formen der Zusammenarbeit und ihre Gestaltung
  • Teamentwicklung und Maßnahmen zur Gestaltung
