Objectives
Participants practise and improve their presentation and moderation skills. They learn and consolidate different methods, techniques and tools for and in specific leadership situations. They experience how to use visual aids and moderation methods to present information in an understandable and interesting way, develop solutions to problems, prepare decisions and achieve binding results in cooperation with others.
