Objectives
Participants can discuss and reflect on experiences and theories in the area of (self-)leadership. Another aim of the course is to develop a group that is capable of learning and working together. After successfully completing the course, participants will be able to analyze various leadership challenges from different perspectives, reflect on their dynamics, find their role in the context of everyday leadership through resource-oriented self-management and develop and strengthen their identity as a leader.

Konzepte der Führung umfassend zu verstehen, zu differenzieren und zu bewerten (sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch).
die möglichen Fallstricke klassischer Führungstheorien und gesellschaftlicher Idealbilder der Führung kritisch zu reflektieren.
die Komplexität im Führungsalltag erleben, analysieren und reflektieren zu können.
Möglichkeiten der persönlichen Entwicklung als Führungskraft kennenzulernen, zu erfahren und umzusetzen.
