Objectives
Participants comprehend leadership as a collective endeavour. They evaluate theoretical concepts of self-leadership and agility, and acquaint themselves with the managerial duties, demands and responsibilities in diverse domains. Upon completion of the course, they will be equipped to introspect their own (leadership) situation and acquire abilities to address demanding circumstances.
