... understand the tension between stability and change in the digital transformation on a strategic, organizational, group-specific and individual level.

... understand the impact of digitalization on strategy, organization and employees.

... know different approaches to generating innovative impulses in the digital transformation for the organization (e.g. spin-offs, acquisitions in digital areas) and at the same time combining these with the core business, which is trimmed for efficiency.

... can develop and implement hybrid strategies (ambidexterity) to enable efficiency, flexibility and innovation, incremental or radical, at the same time.
