Objectives Students will be part of an organizational development project designed to teach students how to work responsibly and carry out different roles within a group environment. Students will be able to assess their level of knowledge in business engineering & management (methods, concepts, approaches, etc.) and acquire experience by completing hands-on, real-world assignments.
Subject Course content includes the implementation and hands-on testing of methods and skills taught in the modules "Business Engineering & Management" and "Advanced Business Engineering & Management". Students will complete a project of appropriate complexity and are required to successfully apply team organizational skills, communication skills and moderation techniques in particular.
Criteria for evaluation Course grades will be based on examination results, each student's work, the degree of professional conduct in regards to the group project, and how well targeted results are achieved (results of development progress and the project report).
Methods Apprenticeship learning in combination with project managements instruments.

Further information Team oriented development and progress of an organizational development project under the supervision of an experienced overseer. At the beginning of the course - in preparation for the project - training units will be scheduled in order to provide in-depth and supplementary material. Topics vary each semester.
