Objectives
Students will gain in-depth knowledge of research planning issues as well as data-gathering and interpretation procedures in a range of social and economic research methods. Participants are able to independently apply advanced analytic techniques in a targeted manner and to interpret the results of the analyses. They will be able to select from a wide range of different methodological approaches according to their research interests.

(*)Studierende absolvieren das Spezialisierungsfach „Economic Policy Analysis“, indem sie einen Kompetenzbereich im Umfang von insgesamt 18 ECTS auswählen und alle darin angeführten Kurse erfolgreich abschließen.
Um das Studiums eines breiteren Spektrums volkswirtschaftlicher Teilbereiche zu ermöglichen, kann das Spezialisierungsfach "Economic Policy Analysis“ (18 ECTS) mit dem Schwerpunktfach "Economic Policy Analysis" (12 ECTS) kombiniert werden; allerdings muss dann im Schwerpunktfach ein zweiter Kompetenzbereich gewählt werden.
