Detailed information
Original study plan Master's programme Psychology (focus in Technology and Economy) 2024W
Objectives Students deepen their knowledge of current social psychological theories, methods, empirical findings and applications gained in the Bachelor's degree program in Psychology. They acquire advanced knowledge of how social, situational and cultural circumstances influence human thinking, feeling, and behavior. Selected approaches that address social influence on the basic psychological functions of the individual (e.g., perception, feeling, decision-making, etc.) as well as models that address interpersonal relationships, interactions and group processes are taken into account. In addition to expanding the basic understanding of social influence and social interaction, students are enabled to recognize and implement practical applications (e.g. in work and organizational contexts, environmental and technological issues, advertising and consumption, law, illness and health).
