Objectives
Students shall aquire a general knowledge of the legal requirements regarding compliance in the fields of gender and diversity. They should gain an insight in the techniques of Diversity Programms and Gender Mainstreaming.
Subject
Implementation of Non-Discrimination Law in the fields of gender and diversity;
Analysing leading cases in Non-Discrimination Law focusing both on Austrian Law and European Union Law.
