Objectives After completing this course, students will be able to recognize basic legal issues (especially concerning public and civil law) in the digital society. They have basic knowledge of the legal implications and the legal control options of the digital transformation.
Subject The subject of this course is: Law, legal system, digital transformation of the law; constitutional framework of legal developments (in particular fundamental rights). The aim is to create a basic understanding of legal issues related to digitalization (such as the basics of civil and European law, fundamental rights dogmatics, the distinction between law and ethics).
