Objectives
Students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of diagnostics in the workplace context. They are familiar with behavior- and person-oriented as well as relationship- and condition-oriented diagnostic procedures in the field of workplace health promotion. Students will be able to plan and implement diagnostic processes in companies, taking ethical and legal framework conditions into account, and draw well-founded conclusions.
