Objectives
The courses in this section provide students with in-depth knowledge in various fields of welfare production, social policy decision-making or the underpinnings of social protection, sustainability, or economic development in the modern world. Students have the opportunity of laying special emphasis on the global context of welfare production and well-being. Students can choose the courses from a range of courses offered at the two universities.

Further information
This section includes a course category of “Optional Studies”. Here students may suggest to choose up to 5 ECTS from the partner university’s or any European university’s regular Master’s programmes. “Optional studies” have to be in line with both the programme's principles and the topic of the thesis. Students have to obtain approval by the academic coordinator in advance.
