Objectives	Students acquire theoretical knowledge of leadership and group interaction and consolidate this through practical experience in leadership roles. Students acquire the tools necessary to analyze and critically reflect on group interactions. Students acquire theoretical knowledge in the field of intercultural communication and in dealing with other cultures. Students deal with gender issues and the compatibility of work and family in different cultures. Students are able to reflect on intercultural interactions and to behave according to the situation and culture.
