Objectives Learning outcomes:

  • LO1: Students will integrate learning from a comprehensive range of managerial subject areas to understand and address complex situations holistically and with an interdisciplinary foundation.
  • LO2: Students will understand the complexities of organizations and organizational behavior and be able to contribute to the theoretical discussion in the fields of leadership, human resource and change management.
  • LO3: Students will be able to understand and reflect on challenges and dynamics in the context of digital transformation and their possible impact on organizations, groups, and individuals.
  • LO4: Students will be able to understand possible sources of inertia, which restrict organizational development and will learn about opportunities to overcome these barriers.
  • LO5: Students will gain knowledge about the essential role of leadership and human resources to analyze, to design, and to govern change and learning processes in organizations to achieve strategic objectives and meet the challenges in increasingly dynamic and complex environments.
  • LO6: Students will apply academic knowledge in the essential fields of the competence area to professional practice and will be able to assess their own role as leaders, consultants, or trainers in a reflective and responsible manner.
  • LO7: Students will be able to apply tools necessary to address organizational change, to enhance organizational learning and to build, lead, and develop people and teams.
  • LO8: Students will be able to effectively use digitalization to their advantage for leading teams and organizations.
  • LO9: Students will act in a self-directed and autonomous manner in planning and implementing projects, which aim at developing people, teams, and organizations in the context of digital transformation.
