Objectives |
Students obtain comprehensive knowledge of the economic analysis of education, migration and labor markets. They are familiar with human capital theory, educational production, labor supply, labor demand, employment, unemployment, labor market institutions and migration. Students learn how to apply economic theory and econometric techniques to examine policy questions in these areas. The policy field puts particular emphasis on the interaction of applied theory and empirical analysis.
