Criteria for evaluation The students get six assignments during the semester. At least four of these assignments are evaluated. The grade results from the calculated average of the evaluated assignments.
Methods The exercise is used to strengthen and deepen the content of the lecture. The six assignments to the students are dealt with by student teams of three students each. Working on these assignments allows students to crosscheck whether they are able to practically deal with the knowledge they acquired during the lecture. The student solutions are presented by the students and discussed on the plenum. For selected topics workshops are held during the exercise. The students can also use this exercise to reflect the contents of the lecture as well as to discuss topics in more detail.
