Students expand their strategic competencies (thinking strategically and acting strategically) and understand fundamental strategic interdependencies and interrelations. Students will be able to examine strategic issues from different perspectives and thereby consider the human factor adequately. Students develop an understanding of the complexity of strategic problems and are introduced to selected tools and methods.
