Objectives |
The students deal with current topics in the field of human resources and leadership as well as change management and intensify their knowledge regarding the design and management of organisational development and change processes. In this way, the students gain insights into the practice and current trends in leadership issues for the design of development and change processes. Special attention is placed on the understanding of complex contexts through theoretically well-founded and critically-reflective interactive work on practical problems.
