Objectives
After completing the KS Fundamentals of Cost Management and Budgeting, students will be able to apply instruments of operational cost management and integrated planning and use them as a control instrument for business decisions.

Grundlagen und Instrumente des Operativen Kostenmanagements, Mehrstufige Deckungsbeitragsrechnung, Gewinnschwellenanalyse in einem Mehrproduktunternehmen, ausgewählte Anwendungsfälle der Deckungsbeitragsrechnung
Grundlagen und Instrumente der integrierten Planungsrechnung, Budgetierungsprozess, Leistungsbudget, indirekter Finanzplan, Planbilanz und ausgewählte Aspekte des direkten Finanzplans
Criteria for evaluation
(*)Schriftliche Prüfung im Ausmaß von 45 Minuten sowie Übungs- und Diskussionsbeiträge.
