Objectives
The students are able to understand the problems of organizations/firms in the field of strategy and (personnel) management, to analyze them and to develop possible solutions. The students understand the basics of leadership and change processes and acquire strategic skills (think and act strategically, understand fundamental strategic relationships) and can draw on psychological principles and economic insights. The inclusion of complementary disciplines enables an interdisciplinary view.
