Original study plan |
Master's programme Polymer Chemistry (discontinuing at 28/2/2027) 2024W |
Objectives |
This lecture course covers molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) which are known as artificial antibodies and enzymes. Insights in syntheses, forms, characteristics and application of MIPs are given.
|
Subject |
antibodies and enzymes, basics of polymerisation, synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) (bulk/emulsion/precipitation/suspension polymerisation), formats of MIPs (particles, coatings, membranes, gels), applications of MIPs (chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, solid phase extraction, sensor technology, catalysis, combinatorial libraries, controlled release)
