Practical experience with analytical methods and procedures commonly found in analytical laboratories

Subject |
Independent performance of the following analytical experiments in the laboratory:
Quantitation of quinine by fluorescence spectroscopy;
High performance liquid chromatography of pharmaceutical drug formulations;
Determination of calcium by atomic absorption spectroscopy;
Quantitation of vitamin C by redox titration;
Potentiometric precipitation titration of chloride;

Criteria for evaluation |
- quality of experimental work;
- quality of protocols
- oral exams during the experimental work in the lab;
- final written examination dealing with the experiments done in the lab
