Detailed information |
Original study plan |
Master's programme Mechatronics 2022W |
Objectives |
Students know and understand the motivation, goals, principles and strategies of industrial process measurement technology and can apply them to in-depth problems and generalize the results obtained. They are able to:
- Analyse and assess measurement tasks in an industrial environment
- Select a suitable measuring device and associated data interface for a given process variable
- Evaluate measurement results in the field of process measurement technology
|
Subject |
- Measurement of state variables: temperature, pressure, level, flow
- Process analysis technology (in particular optical-spectroscopic process measurement techniques)
- Field buses and industrial networks
- New developments in process measurement technology
|
Criteria for evaluation |
Written and/or oral exam
|
Methods |
Lecture with blackboard and slides
|
Language |
German |
