Objectives |
This group of courses introduce students to the field of gender and diversity in the context of organizations and opportunities. By exploring legal and governmental tools and strategies (e.g. anti-discrimination law) as well as organizational and company practices (e.g. gender mainstreaming, gender budgeting), the class enables students to analyze gender as a category which, alongside other markers of difference like age, ethnicity etc, structures inequality in our society.
