Original study plan |
Master's programme Sustainability and Plastics Management (SPM) 2024W |
Objectives |
Overall scope and aims include:
- Based on an evolutionary and historic perspective along with recent scientific findings, to raise, enhance and deepen your knowledge and awareness towards the Grand Global Challenges, crucial to the near-future development of human society (next 40-50 years).
- To foster a better understanding for the potential role of Polymeric Materials & Polymer based Technologies in helping to resolve some of these Grand Global Challenges of human society.
- To train and expand the capacity and competencies for comprehensive multi-/trans-/cross-disciplinary (i.e., ‘all-inclusive’) short-term, mid-term, long-term thinking & decision making, triggering perhaps a life-long interest and learning desire on issues of global socio-economic & environmental significance.
