| Objectives |
To gain a solid knowledge in materials technology to be able to understand most important mechanical engineering materials to an extent necessary to competently select, treat, and process such materials and to attend advanced courses in material science.

Structure of polymer materials, thermal processing of polymer materials, ceramic materials and glasses.
