| Objectives |
As part of the course, students are taught the basics of strategic controlling and in-depth knowledge of performance management. Students are given an overview of the strategy process and important tools and methods for strategic planning and control. In addition, an overview of central procedures and starting points for crisis management and insolvency prevention is provided. Practice-orientated risk management methods are also presented.
