Objectives |
Students have comprehensive knowledge of major economical methods and process models for strategic and operative planning and controlling of a digital business.
Students have the ability to make a knowledgable choice of methodology adequate for a given situation. They are able to formulate the results of a business planning process in a business plan, including strategy, marketing, leadership, IT and finance.

Digital business models, strategic planning process (initiation, formulation, implementation, assessment), process models and methods for strategic and operative planning and controlling of a digital business, management methodology for digital business formation and projects, risk controlling, generation of business plans including strategy, marketing, leadership, IT and finance.

Criteria for evaluation |
Exam (50%), written work on a selected subject within the general topic and knowledgable discussion in forums and/or social media (50%)
