| Objectives |
Students will use strategy tools and management methods in the context of an individual strategy process. Based on current literature and practice, students will be able to grasp the strategic starting position, develop and evaluate strategic options, prepare the implementation of the chosen strategy and develop appropriate metrics to manage it. In doing so, experience and reflection enable deep learning.
