| Objectives |
Students have in-depth knowledge of the relevant legal areas of market regulation and entrepreneurial activity. They are able to solve complex issues and cases, particularly in the areas of corporate law, labor and social law, tax law, commercial criminal law, intellectual property law, state aid law, public procurement and regulatory law as well as capital market law.
