Objectives
Students have in-depth knowledge and skills in the relevant areas of resource and sustainability law. They are able to grasp complex problems facing the state, the administration and the private sector, recognize the associated risks, especially in terms of liability and criminal law, and know the public and private law (national, European and international law) instruments for dealing with these challenges (including an understanding of the interdisciplinary interfaces with technical, economic and ecological disciplines).
