Objectives
Students will be familiar with the central issues that arise in the context of climate protection and the energy transition, sustainability and social responsibility, precaution and risk management in law in its economic and societal contexts. They have in-depth knowledge and skills in the legal and economic foundations and framework conditions for the protection and use of natural resources as well as perspectives on sustainability in the economy and society. They are familiar with the legal instruments used at the corporate, administrative and judicial levels and are able to develop appropriate solutions to current problems in an interdisciplinary dialog with representatives of technical, economic and ecological disciplines.
