| Objectives |
Students have an overview and understanding of the system of technology law in organizational and functional terms. They have basic knowledge in selected areas of technology law, which enables them to independently explore other (new) areas of technology law and to contribute to the further development of technology law.

(*)Begriff und Funktion des Technikrechts; öffentlich-, privat- und strafrechtliche sowie sonstige Formen staatlicher (unionaler) Steuerung der Technik; organisatorische und funktionelle Bausteine des Technikrechts; Technikverfahrensrecht einschließlich europäischer Verfahren (der Verwaltungszusammenarbeit); ausgewählte Gebiete des Technikrechts (insbesondere Digital- und KI-Recht); Innovation und Recht (alte und neue Formen dynamischer Rechtsetzung, insbesondere „new approach“ im KI-Recht, Reallabore).
