Objectives Students have practical knowledge of technology law and are able to solve relevant complex issues and cases.
Subject (*)Öffentlich-, privat- und strafrechtliche sowie sonstige Formen staatlicher (unionaler) Steuerung der Technik, Technikverfahrensrecht einschließlich europäischer Verfahren, ausgewählte Gebiete des Technikrechts (insbesondere Digital- und KI-Recht), Innovation und Recht.
Criteria for evaluation (*)Lehrveranstaltungsprüfung und/oder Mitarbeit und/oder Hausarbeit.
Methods (*)Übung von Fallbeispielen und Selbststudium.
