Objectives
Students have knowledge of the connections between fundamental rights and democratic mechanisms on the one hand and the digital society on the other. They have a sound understanding of the challenges of digital platforms, the digitalization of administration and the relevant legal framework. They gain experience in solving even complex issues in the form of simulated court proceedings or in the form of practical tasks.
