Objectives
Students have in-depth knowledge of public law in business-related contexts. They acquire sound knowledge in the area of fundamental rights protection in an economic context, in the central areas of economic administrative law, in business-related procedural law and in the mechanisms of law enforcement. You will be able to solve complex issues and cases of economic constitutional and economic administrative law.
