Knowledge of the legal obligations of companies in the area of gender and diversity; overview of legally relevant grounds for discrimination, standardized protection mechanisms and the different anti-discrimination approaches in the public and private sectors using concrete examples; possibilities and limits of company. equality and diversity measures.

(*)Vermittlung der rechtlichen Grundlagen von Compliance im Bereich Gender und Diversity; Ausarbeitung konkreter, aktueller Fallbeispiele unter Bezugnahme auf die geltende österreichische Rechtslage und unionsrechtliche Vorgaben.
Criteria for evaluation
(*)Lehrveranstaltungsprüfung. Die Beurteilung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Klausuren, Hausübungen, und/oder Mitarbeit in der Lehrveranstaltung.
