| Objectives |
Students are able to assess unequal treatment of groups particularly at risk of discrimination in the light of formal and substantive equality, taking into account current case law. They are able to draft complaints and justification arguments in court proceedings.

Reflection on the possibilities and limits of de-discrimination of the legal system through case law. Critical analysis of the relevant case law. Imparting basic knowledge of equality law dogmatics in relation to formal and substantive equality. Application-oriented processing of discrimination cases.
