Objectives
In addition to Business Law IV, this course covers missing essential content on the basics of social law and labour law (works constitution law). At the same time, the content already taught in the bachelor's program is deepened with examples and cases.
Criteria for evaluation

Die Beurteilung erfolgt nach Maßgabe einer für das Semester im Vorhinein fächerübergreifend abgestimmten und kundgemachten Gesamtplanung auf Grundlage von Klausuren, Hausübungen, automatisierten Computer-Tests, mündlichen Prüfungen und/oder Mitarbeit in der Lehrveranstaltung.
